Today I had the best time meeting the author of Hello Cupcake! Karen Tack.
I even had the chance to sit down with her and make one of her fun and fabulous creations.
Look how easy this is!

| Start with a clear plastic martini "glass" |

| Carefully "paint" on a thin ribbon of Karo syrup and then dip the edge of the cup in rock sugar to make a nice rim |

| Fill the stem with some colorful jelly beans |
 |
| Next, take a small amount of frosting and cover the inside surface |
 |
 |
Place the cupcake inside the cup and continue to fill in with frosting and covering the top, taking care to smooth the top
Place some colorful jelly beans around the perimeter
 |
| Add some fun mini marshmallow "bubbles" |
Finish by adding a straw for fun and a mini spoon!
How easy is that and it makes a fun dessert too!
